Orders and Specifications

· The buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the buyer's order. Confirmation of order along with relevant proofs will be supplied

· The buyer will indemnify The T-Shirt Shack against any liability for infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third party, which may result from the supply. All orders featuring individuals or other popular figures are completely unofficial

· The T-Shirt Shack may alter any specification provided by the buyer to conform with any statutory requirements provided this does not materially affect the quality or performance of the supply.

· Any original designs produced by The T-Shirt Shack will remain The T-Shirt Shack's property.

· Where the buyer is to supply materials goods ("Customers Property") to The T-Shirt Shack such customer's property will be held by The T-Shirt Shack at the buyers sole risk.

Price of the Supply

· The price will be quoted by the The T-Shirt Shack and agreed by the buyer prior to the order commencing. Any additions or changes will also be agreed prior to amendments being made.

Terms of Payment

· Payment of goods supplied by The T-Shirt Shack will be agreed with the buyer. This will either be in the form of cash or cheque on collection, postal cheque payment prior to order commencing or via paypal

· In certain circumstances The T-Shirt Shack may agree to be paid on invoice which will be due no later that 30 days from issue

Delivery

· Unless The T-Shirt Shack has agreed to deliver the supply, the buyer will collect the supply from The T-Shirt Shack premises

· Delivery dates are approximate but will be agreed with the buyer based on required timescales
